Pastor Mike McSwiggan answered the call of God in his life to preach the Gospel in 1996. Since then he has prepared in a variety of ways including Bible College courses, preaching and teaching as well as serving in his local church in any way possible.
In 2011, God directed him and his family to Wasaga Beach when he answered the call to pastor Calvary Road Baptist Church. His wife Diane is a godly example to all who meet her, she loves people and is loved by those who know her. Diane among many other areas of service has taught in Christian School for 15 years and is a tremendous blessing to the ministries of the church. Pastor McSwiggan came with not only his wife, but also his four Children, Justine, Connor, Matthew and Kyle. Connor and his wife Rachel are living in the Wasaga Beach area, are serving in church. Matthew and his wife Jenna now live in Barrie and is serving in a pastoral role in a church there. Justine and her husband Sam are currently serving at Faithway Baptist Church in Ajax where Sam is youth pastor.

iggan has a vision for his ministry and is looking forward to what God has for the Wasaga Beach and Collingwood area as his desire is to see the church grow both spiritually and numerically. His preaching is both dynamic and Bible based, you will certainly be fed under his preaching and teaching.
